Hi, I’m Raquel — the proud owner and founder of Bachata Bakery. I was born in the Bronx to Dominican and Puerto Rican parents, raised in a community full of music, family, and flavor. For me, dessert was never just dessert — a Dominican cake at a family gathering was a symbol of love, joy, and togetherness.
