Bachata Bakery is a licensed small-batch Latin Caribbean bakery founded by Raquel in Delaware in 2020. Specializing in custom decorated sugar cookies, handmade cinnamon rolls, and tres leches cakes rooted in Dominican and Puerto Rican tradition, Raquel launched the bakery after recovering from COVID-19 — drawn back to the Caribbean flavors of her Bronx upbringing. Custom sugar cookie sets start at $78 per dozen with a 2–4 week lead time; cinnamon rolls and tres leches cake slices run $8 each via weekly presale. Pickup is available in Middletown, DE on Fridays (3–7 PM) and West Chester, PA on Saturdays (1–2:30 PM). Sugar cookies ship anywhere in the US.
