Lead time is 2-4 weeks & if an order is placed within a week there is 25% rush fee.
What is the typical price for a dozen cookies?
Prices can range from $56 to $84 depending on the style. Please go to our Products and Pricing page for more information.
Is there a minimum order for cookies?
Yes — all cookie orders require a minimum of 2 dozen (24 cookies), unless noted otherwise in a special tier (such as “My Favorite Things” or other specialty sets).
Payment & Deposit Policy
- Deposit Required: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. This deposit secures your order date and covers planning, supplies, and prep work.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled pickup date. Orders not paid in full by this deadline may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, as each order is custom and dates are reserved in advance. However, I will do my best to accommodate reschedules or apply your deposit to a future order if availability allows.
- Unpaid Invoices: If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, your invoice will be cancelled and the date may be offered to the next client on the waiting list.
- Changes: Theme and quantity changes can be made up to 3 days after placing your deposit. After this window, all details are locked in.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes — adjustments to the theme or quantity of cookies can be made within 3 days of placing your order deposit (50%). After that, your order details will be locked in.
Is there a rush fee?
If time allows, we do offer rush orders for an additional 25% of the order cost. An order is considered a rush order if it is placed within 7 days of the order due date.
Cancellation policy
We understand things come up. However, once payment is placed we are unable to refund the order. If you wish, we can reschedule your order for another date.
Pickup Policy
- Middletown → Free pickup (main location).
- Wilmington & Dover → Pickup available for a small convenience fee.
Pickup windows: All pickups must be scheduled in advance. Once your order is confirmed, let me know your preferred time slot for pick up.
Delivery Option: If pickup locations doesn’t work for you, local delivery may also be available for an additional fee depending on distance.
Do you ship?
No — under Delaware’s Cottage Food License, I am not permitted to ship cookies. All orders are for local pickup only.
However, you are welcome to arrange for a trusted friend, family member, or courier service (such as Uber or Lyft) to pick up your cookies. Please note: once the order leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible for handling, packaging for shipment, or any damage that may occur during transit.
If you choose this option, please make sure your courier or pickup person is prepared with proper packaging to keep the cookies secure.
