Can you ship my order?

Sugar cookies can be shipped anywhere within the US. Shipping and handling fees will apply.

Tres leches cakes and cinnamon rolls are temperature-controlled and are currently pickup only. We're hoping to offer cinnamon roll shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Where do I pick up my order?

We offer pickup in West Chester, PA on Saturdays 10am–1pm and Middletown, DE on Fridays (time TBD). Pickup day adjustments are available for custom cookie orders only. Local delivery is available at a distance-based fee. Exact pickup address will be emailed to you closer to your pickup date.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Sugar cookies, custom cakes, and bulk orders require a 2–4 week lead time. Rush orders placed within 7 days of your pickup date are available with a 25% rush surcharge.

Tres leches and cinnamon rolls are available through our weekly presale. Orders open every Friday at noon and close Sunday at midnight, or until sold out.

What is the minimum order size?

Most products have no minimum order size. For custom cookies, the minimum is 2 dozen. The exception is our "My Favorite Things" set, which has a 1-dozen minimum.

How does payment work?

For custom cookie orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice — this secures your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your pickup date. Invoices not paid within 48 hours are automatically cancelled.

Tres leches, preset sugar cookie designs, and cinnamon roll presale orders are processed through Square and require immediate payment to secure your spot.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final, but we want to work with you!

For custom cookie orders, cancellations are non-refundable — once your date is secured, preparations for your order have already begun. However, we are happy to reschedule to a future available date. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

For tres leches and cinnamon roll presale orders, cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do so by Wednesday at midnight prior to your pickup date and we will issue a store credit toward a future order. Cancellations made after Wednesday at midnight cannot be accommodated.

What if there's an issue with my order?

Your satisfaction means everything to us! If there is a quality issue with your order such as an off flavor or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup at info@bachatabakery.com with a photo of the product. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit. Issues reported outside of this window or without photo documentation cannot be accommodated.
