How much lead time is needed to place an order?
Lead time is 2-4 weeks & if an order is placed within a week there is 25% rush fee.
What is the typical price for a dozen cookies?
Prices can range from $56 to $84 depending on the style. Please go to our Products and Pricing page for more information.
Is there a minimum order for cookies?
Yes, there is one dozen order minimum of cookies.
How are payments made?
Payments are due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Please remember that the only way to secure the date is to pay the invoice within the allotted time frame. If payment is not received the invoice will be cancelled. Once an invoice is cancelled, I will reach out to the next person on the waiting list for that date.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once payment is finalized, this locks in your order for the requested pickup date.
Is there a rush fee?
If time allows, we do offer rush orders for an additional 25% of the order cost. An order is considered a rush order if it is placed within 7 days of the order due date.
Cancellation policy
We understand things come up. However, once payment is placed we are unable to refund the order. If you wish, we can reschedule your order for another date.
When can I pick up my order?
All orders can be picked up Tuesday-Friday between 10am-7pm. The pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship?
No, the Delaware Cottage License does not permit us to ship cookies. You are welcome to pick up cookies and ship them yourselves if you are gifting it. You also have the option of 2 pick up location options - Wilmington & Dover - for a fee.
Do you deliver baked goods?
Of course we can! Just provide us with the delivery address and we will add the cost to your quote.
