Thank you so much for your interest in Bachata Bakery! Please review these important details before submitting your request:
- Minimum order: 2 dozen cookies (unless otherwise noted in specialty sets).
- Notice required: Please allow 2–4 weeks lead time. Rush orders (less than 7 days before pickup) may be possible with a 25% fee.
- Pickups only: By Delaware law, I cannot ship cookies. Pickup is available in Middletown. Pickup can also be arranged in Wilmington or Dover for a fee.
- Creative freedom: Please provide your theme and inspiration photos (invites, décor, colors), and I’ll create a unique set around your details.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or your spot will be released. The remaining balance is due 1 week before pickup.
- Changes: Orders can be adjusted (theme, quantity) within 3 days of deposit; after that, details are locked in.
- Packaging: All cookies come individually sealed for freshness. Gift bows or custom packaging are available for an additional charge.
- Request only: Filling out this form is a request, not a guarantee. I’ll confirm availability within 48 hours.
