How Pickup Scheduling Works

To make pickup easy for everyone:

  1. On the order form, you’ll be able to select all the days, times, and locations that work best for you during the pickup window.
  2. Once all pre-orders close, we’ll review everyone’s preferences and create grouped pickup times by location for maximum convenience.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email by November 17 with your assigned pickup time and address.

This flexible system helps us plan efficient batches, ensures cookies are freshly packed, and gives each customer a smooth pickup experience.
